Who is Albayon?

Albayon is an Arcturian Emissary of Light. He is a very old soul who has been in service to Earth and the universe.  He has walked upon the earth.  He is the captain of a ship that goes in and out of the earth and its environs.   He works very closely with Ashtar and in some regards, I think he looks similar in appearance.  Albayon communicates through telepathy, therefore you may receive messages from him through thoughts, feelings, awareness and knowing.
